Reverend Heidi Petersen, Ph.D., founder of Heidi's Healings, is a spiritual counselor, clairvoyant, healer, speaker, and writer. She aims to promote happiness, peace, and fulfillment. Since 1999, she has provided in-person and long-distance counseling and healing services to people -- as well as their houses and businesses -- throughout the US.
Heidi is curious about how our assumptions, intentions and actions combine to create our lived experiences. Her curiosity leads her to explore the worlds that she discovers both around her and within her (and the interplay between them). This on-going exploration takes her down many paths. This lifetime, she has expressed herself professionally as a hair stylist, paralegal, college professor, spiritual teacher, minister, and real estate investor. In 2006, she received her doctorate in philosophy from the University of Colorado, Boulder, for her examination of the relationship between animal liberation and environmental ethics. Her motion is propelled by her existential quest to grow.
Heidi’s devotion to spiritual practice through psychic healing work stems from her belief that dissonance, at any level, begins as a spiritual inquiry, as does healing. In her work, she explores and soothes the sources of discord, in order to open space for joy, expansion, and satisfaction. Her healing sessions simultaneously provide a forum within which to witness how we each create our lives, and a platform from which to promote peace through love-based changes.
Acting as a healer in the world speaks to Heidi’s curiosity about the basic tenets of creation. As we embody spirit, we express miracles, which are simply the validation of our newfound level of spiritual capability in the physical environment. In other words, what once seemed impossible becomes possible. To facilitate another’s experience of the miraculous is one of Heidi’s greatest pleasures. Whatever guise Heidi embodies in the physical world, she is watching the energy flow, communicating with spirit, and enjoying the miracle of living.
