PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect selected information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP Address, cookie, and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your information to anyone.
SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transaction. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
REFUND POLICY
14 days notice is required for refund, 60 days for holidays/special events.
A $25.00 processing fee will be deducted from refund.
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Room Policies
Check In 4:00-6:00 pm Check Out by Noon
There is an additional charge for early or late check in/check out
1. A 50% charge to your credit card is required to make a reservation. The balance is
due upon arrival. Please bring your credit card to the front office.
2. Cancellations
a. 14 day advance notification and 60 days for holidays and special
events.
b. A reservation cancelled before the 14 days will be charged a $25.00
processing fee.
c. The full cost of the room will be charged if reservations are not canceled per policy
or if guest is a No-Show.
3. Upon your request a light breakfast basket will be placed in your room.
4. A 2 night minimum stay may be required on summer weekends or busy holidays. (2 night minimum
is waived within 6 days of the stay.)
5. This is a NON-SMOKING INSIDE Inn. A $200.00 cleaning charge will be added to the
bill for smoking inside anywhere, at manager’s discretion.
6. Rooms/Cabins left in excessively messy state will incur an additional charge of up
to
$50.00, ( at manager’s discretion). This charge will be added to the reserving
Credit card.
7. Parking is not permitted beyond regular check-out time (noon) without prior management
Approval. Checkout time is 11am.
8. Double per-person charges are added if additional guests are in the room without formal
advanced reservations. $25 for addn'l person, $40 for NON-registered guests.
9. We request that all guests be considerate of other guests if arrival is after 11:00pm
or
departure is before 9:00am.
10. Pets are only allowed in specific cabins (B & D) and a pet agreement needs to be signed upon
check in. $25. Please view our Pet Policy.
11. We currently have only 2 rooms with land line phone jacks.
12. Bedding protection is available in the bathroom cabinet. If you need more, please
let
us know. Damage is subject to a charge on your credit card.
13. Hot Tub rules are posted in your room.
14. A $40.00 charge for lost room keys.
15. $99 single corporate weekday rate.
16. Gathering fee – We do incur cleaning and trash removal costs, so we must charge a Gathering Fee for gatherings with non-registered guests”. You may rent the yard or dining room for parties or gatherings.
