There is an additional charge for early or late check in/check out

1. A 50% charge to your credit card is required to make a reservation. The balance is
   due upon arrival. Please bring your credit card to the front office.
2. Cancellations
   a. 14 day advance notification and 60 days for holidays and special events.
   b. A reservation cancelled before the 14 days will be charged a $20.00 processing fee.
   c. The full cost of the room will be charged if reservations are not canceled per policy
   or if guest is a No-Show.
3. A 2 night minimum stay may be required at high season or holidays.
4. This is a NON-SMOKING INSIDE Inn. A $200.00 cleaning charge will be added to the
   bill for smoking inside anywhere, at manager’s discretion.
5. Rooms/Cabins left in excessively messy state will incur an additional charge of up to
   $50.00, ( at manager’s discretion). This charge will be added to the reserving    Credit card.
6. Parking is not permitted beyond regular check-out time without prior management
   Approval.
7. Double per-person charges are added if additional guests are in the room without formal
   advanced reservations. $20 for addn'l person, $30 for NON-registered guests.
8. We request that all guests be considerate of other guests if arrival is after 11:00pm or
   departure is before 9:00am.
9. Pets are only allowed in specific cabins and a pet agreement needs to be signed upon
   check in. $20.
10. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the premises if they are causing disruption
   to other guests or damage to property, no refund.
11. The phone in the room is on a shared party line. The ringers are left off. You must dial
   303-to make local calls and long distance calls require a calling card. Please call 911 in
   case of emergency.
12. We are a NON-traditional B&B. A light breakfast basket is put in your room in the
   evening. Coffee or tea is provided in your room also. If you have special dietary
   restrictions, please let us know ahead of time.
13. Bedding protection is available in the bathroom cabinet. If you need more, please let
   us know. Damage is subject to a charge on your credit card.
14. Hot Tub rules are posted in your room.
15. A $25.00 charge for lost room keys.
16. $99 single corporate weekday rate.
17. Party/Gathering fee – We do incur cleaning and trash removal costs, so we must charge a Party Fee for gatherings with non-registered guests”. You may rent the yard or dining room for parties or gatherings.
