You asked: Why we volunteer?

Michael Carter

Belonging to The Evergreen Area Chamber is the best way for a Local Business to get connected and stay connected in the Mountain Community. Doing Volunteer work for the greater good of the community thru the Camber is the best way to network your business. "Volunteering is Networking" and "Networking is a wonderful way to bring Fabulous People into your life.

Dawn Huckaby

I like to volunteer for community events in Evergreen because our area has such wonderful people. What better way to meet the people you live or work around and help out a cause at the same time.

Brock Schwartz

I enjoy serving.

Dave Loomiller

I volunteer because I have a passion for the unique quality of life that we are privileged to experience in Evergreen. The rapid and expansive growth over recent years has challenged us to preserve the character of Evergreen. Growth is good as long as we don't forget the history of the pioneers, their ranches, businesses and builders that formed the nucleus of what we see today. I am a Colorado native with a great nostalgic feeling for the old Colorado as I new it growing up. I enjoy being involved with the Chamber committee's, Downtown Business Association and two local service organizations so I can play a small part in forming the future of Evergreen. The best part of volunteering is the opportunity to develop so many great friendships in our Evergreen area.

Denise Stoner

I volunteer because it is the most significant way I am able to honor, acknowledge and thank the organizations and people who contribute to making Evergreen the wonderful "people-minded" community it is.

Bob Potrykus

Volunteering defines who we are. It offers many wonderful opportunities to build new and better relationships with others that serve to strengthen our community and accomplish great things.
There is nothing stronger than the heart of a volunteer.
